Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate Attorney for its Indianapolis, Indiana office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation and be ready to contribute to a dynamic legal team.
Duties- Provide advice and counsel on employment matters.
- Handle wage/hour compliance and defense, non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements.
- Represent employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- 4-6 years of employment litigation experience.
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research, and writing skills.
- Licensed to practice in Indiana; licensure in Kentucky and Ohio is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in Indiana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
