Paralegal

We're hiring an experienced Paralegal to support a US law firms.

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and other litigation documents under attorney supervision
• Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and trial materials
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
• Manage e-filing across court portals and track filing deadlines
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel as needed
• Maintain and update case management systems with accurate, current information
• Assist with deposition and mediation prep, including scheduling and document assembly

• Required:
  
  Prior experience at a U.S. law firm or U.S.
  
  -based legal company
• Solid understanding of litigation procedures and civil court processes
• Comfortable in case management systems
• E-filing portal experience is a plus
• U.S. law experience background strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 English or higher)
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Available to work U.S. business hours
