Privacy Attorney; Consumer Health

A fast-growing direct-to-consumer health technology company is seeking an experienced Privacy Attorney or Senior Privacy Professional to provide hands-on support for its privacy function during an important transition. The consultant will initially focus on keeping a high-volume privacy program running smoothly, with work spanning privacy impact assessments, data deletion and records requests, data mapping, and international privacy considerations. As the engagement progresses, the consultant will also conduct a gap analysis and help assess the future needs of the privacy program.

The ideal candidate has strong consumer health and B2C privacy experience, including familiarity with state consumer health laws and global privacy frameworks such as GDPR. Hands-on experience with One Trust, Jira, and Confluence is required. This person should be comfortable operating independently, rolling up their sleeves, and providing pragmatic, business-friendly privacy guidance that balances risk with commercial needs and earns cross-functional stakeholder buy-in.

This project starts ASAP, is an initial three months with opportunity to extend, is fully remote, and requires 40 hours/week.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $100and $120. This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
