Order Selector- 2nd Shift

Job Overview

Assist in maintaining elevated levels of accuracy and performance to meet store order needs within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Work the 2nd shift (4pm‑12am, Monday‑Friday), full time, with a starting rate of $19.00/hr.

• Compile store orders from a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Gather merchandise to ensure proper placement into totes or boxes.
• Load totes or boxes of merchandise up to 30–50pounds, using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines and performing general housekeeping.
• Resolve problems related to distribution functions and match daily tasks with company‑defined SOPs and scientific methods.
• Enter data for ins/outs to complete picking and packaging tasks.

• Basic awareness of problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Typical hourly range: $16.00–$26.21, depending on experience, education, geography and other factors.
