About This Role
We are looking for a Delivery Assurance Associate to focus on optimizing supply chain reliability and production continuity. Proven ability to execute process improvements, manage complex shipment logistics, and coordinate with sub‑process suppliers to ensure 100% on‑time delivery.
Responsibilities- Work to achieve delivery assurance objectives.
- Execute process improvements and use delivery assurance systems.
- Communicate with other departments to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain timely delivery of all materials needed for production of assigned components.
- Work closely with finance, engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and other areas to identify and implement solutions that ensure production continuity.
- Coordinate shipments and sub‑process suppliers, provide technical assistance, and identify root causes that impact on‑time delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years experience in supply chain, material management, or procurement.
- Bilingual:
Proficiency in English and Spanish. - Strong reporting communication skills for upper management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and PowerBI.
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 – $.
Other CompensationMay be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
