  • Design and implement operational workflows and processes to manage warehouse capabilities at external storage partners from order to delivery.
  • Oversee and evaluate business continuity models across external storage partners to secure supply chain resiliency.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related operations/scientific discipline is strongly preferred.
  • 5‑7 years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or external storage partner governance experience, with documented expertise in analytical clinical/laboratory logistics or high‑density warehouse operations.
  • Proven track record of operating successfully as an expert‑level individual contributor, demonstrating the ability to influence external management teams, and drive enterprise outcomes without direct line authority.
Technical & Soft Skills
  • Deep, specialized knowledge of operations and supply chain constraints within the Diagnostics or life sciences industry preferred.
  • Certified or heavily proficient in Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies, with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor P&L metrics, and resolve sophisticated cross‑functional problems through collaboration.
  • Proficient at managing both internal and external stakeholders on driving cost controls, operational efficiencies, metrics, and continuous improvement.
