Right now Domino’s is looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. We’re growing fast and have many opportunities to advance, from management to franchise ownership.

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area, including navigating multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform accurate basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Navigate and maintain motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate the delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in the work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.

• Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
