Strategic Sourcing Manager
Location: This role requires associates to be in‑office 1‑2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
Anticipated End Date:
Responsibilities- Execute standardized strategic sourcing processes for assigned sub‑categories.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and key suppliers for sub‑categories.
- Focus on cost savings.
- Participate in cross‑enterprise commodity teams for sub‑categories and aggressively track and improve non‑compliance preferred suppliers.
- Participate in fact‑based negotiations and execute contracts utilizing approved terms and conditions.
- Implement sourcing recommendations and develop and manage e‑procurement catalog content.
- Aggressively monitor, track and report supplier compliance and performance benefits.
- BA/BS degree.
- 8 years of experience in sourcing/supplier selection with at least 6 years experience in negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- MBA
- CPSM
Salary range: $110,440 to $180,720 (based on location, experience, education, and skill level). Positions available in Minnesota and New York.
