Logistics Specialist

Logistics Specialist position available in the Bristol, Indiana area working at our client location who is an established manufacturer and an industry leader.

First shift position. Hours are 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with OT. This is a contract to hire opportunity with a pay range is $21.00 to $23.00 an hour. Will manage order coordination, transportation arrangements, and communication between carriers, sales teams, and customers. This role is key to ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and exceptional service levels across our logistics operations for the company.

Key Responsibilities for the Logistics Specialist:

• Coordinate carrier shipments and monitor production schedules
• Communicate with sales teams and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare shipping/export documentation and maintain accurate records
• Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements for the Logistics Specialist:

• 3+ years of transportation or logistics experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Bilingual and export experience preferred
