We are seeking an experienced Expeditor to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, proactive professional with strong coordination skills and experience supporting production, logistics, or material flow.

Pay: $26.44–$31.25/hr

Shift: Monday‑Friday, 1st Shift

• Track and expedite materials, parts, and orders.
• Monitor inventory and address potential shortages.
• Communicate delivery updates and delays to internal teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and freight providers.
• Update ERP systems and maintain accurate order documentation.
• Resolve issues such as late or incorrect deliveries.

• 1-3 years of experience in expediting, purchasing, scheduling, or logistics preferred.
• ERP/MRP or inventory system experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 30 pounds. Required education: HS Diploma or GED.
