Description Of RoleOur growing retail Company is seeking a Full-Time delivery technician that is familiar with the roadways. We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to deliver Lift Chairs and other DME equipment promptly to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while representing our company in a professional manner.
Tasks- Follow routes and time schedule
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Complete logs and reports
- Sell other products and services
- Valid driver’s license
- Respectable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical knowledge of durable medical equipment and/or respiratory products is preferred as you could also help with DME deliveries when needed.
