Warehouse Manager

The Director of Fulfillment is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products, and optimizing the supply chain processes. This position requires a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage complex logistics and distribution networks.

• Manage and oversee all fulfillment operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

• Optimize the supply chain to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure a seamless supply chain operation.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure that all fulfillment operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to address any compliance issues or audits.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing fulfillment team, including warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and inventory managers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team members meet or exceed expectations.

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for fulfillment operations to support the companys growth and business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance fulfillment capabilities and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align fulfillment strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain management, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing fulfillment operations in a regulated environment.

• Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GMP and GDP.
