Monday – Friday; 6:00am – 2:30pm

Mandatory overtime may include Saturdays and Sundays.

As a Maintenance Technician in a decoration and warehouse environment, you will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of production and warehouse operations.

• Perform preventive maintenance and conduct inspections on a wide range of manufacturing equipment, conveyor systems, and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance.
• Support facility maintenance, including building repairs, plumbing, lighting, and other infrastructure components.
• Implement and optimize preventive maintenance schedules for the facility to ensure a safe and well‑maintained working environment.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for equipment and system malfunctions, employing advanced diagnostic techniques.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
• Collaborate with maintenance team members, production staff, and other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs efficiently.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to entry‑level technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance metrics.
• Generate reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and recommended improvements for management review.
• Support the management of spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components and optimizing inventory levels to reduce downtime.
• Work with procurement to identify and source necessary parts and materials.
• Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations, actively promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a structured and process‑oriented environment.
• Ability to multi‑task and problem‑solve.
• Ability to work seasonal mandatory overtime as needed and maintain excellent attendance.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency for instructions, correspondence, and meetings.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance roles within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision, or as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

The position requires standing for long periods, repetitive body movement, and lifting 15–50 lbs. Working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment is also required.
