Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).

As Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with the overall maintenance functions of the apartment community. You will perform the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with the ability to oversee maintenance personnel in collaboration or absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Mid‑Senior level experience in maintenance; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; reliable transportation; 24‑hour on‑call availability; owned smartphone device; strong supervisory potential.
