Join GXO Logistics as a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician II working the weekend shift (Friday – Sunday, 8:30 am – 9:00 pm) in Clayton, IN. This role involves maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment and ensuring reliable operations for our supply‑chain network.

• Perform continuous operational checks of equipment and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Repair and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts on equipment.
• Operate at heights of up to 125 ft—including ladder climbs, confined‑space entry, and use of foot controls.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment of various weights.
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching, sitting, walking, standing, balancing, climbing stairs, and using ladders, lifts, and other mobile equipment.
• Safely use hearing, head, and hand/arm protection (gloves, earmuffs, helmets).
• Work around electromagnetic fields produced by production equipment.
• Prepare and share mechanical maintenance reports and charts with stakeholders.

• Minimum 1 year of experience maintaining industrial electronic and electrical systems, and related coursework in industrial electronics, robotics, or mechatronics.
• Ability to work at heights up to 125 ft and pass fall‑protection training.
• Flexible schedule with availability for planned and unplanned overtime, including weekends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and engineering science skills.
• Proficiency in computers and electrical troubleshooting.

• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or third‑party logistics experience.
