Facilities Maintenance Technician – Bosch Home Comfort USA

Location: Albion, IN

Employment Type: Full‑time

Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level

Position Summary: Responsible for performing routine building and ground maintenance and repair tasks including but not limited to HVAC.

• Perform tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters to prevent equipment failure.
• Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Regularly check equipment, including fire suppression systems, for potential problems.
• Occasionally replace lamps in lighting fixtures and indicators.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of facility equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, company standards, and building codes.
• Collaborate with contractors for outsourced repairs and monitor/report supply needs.
• Perform problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Remove oil and watery oil by pumping and mopping.
• Support and contribute to FCM projects.
• Work with TEF2 maintenance when needed to maintain production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Facilities HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Industrial Process Cooling Systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Associate degree in technical field preferred.
• Four years related experience and/or training, with experience in all phases of maintenance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, etc.).
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
