Job Skills / RequirementsWhat You'll Do:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple assigned sites in the Indianapolis, IN area
- Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards at each site
- Conduct site walkthroughs and quality inspections, addressing issues directly with staff and clients
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with staff and customers
- Help coordinate scheduling and coverage across sites so every location is properly staffed
- Serve as the main point of contact for client questions or concerns at assigned sites
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed to help cover sites and support the team
What You Bring:
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience, ideally in commercial cleaning or facilities services
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between sites
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- A positive, team focused attitude with dependability and respect for coworkers and customers alike
Physical Demands and
Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
Will be traveling between multiple sites in the Indianapolis, IN area.
