Responsibilities How you'll make an impact in this role- Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
- May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
- Specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmith,HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems arerequiredto perform a variety of duties.
- Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation system sand equipment.
- Installation and maintenance of motorsand of specialized equipment.
Education:
- Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.
Work Experience:
- 4 years of related experience.
- Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
