Front of House Manager

Paws On Tap is a dog-friendly self-pour taproom and beer garden opening soon in Whitestown. We are hiring a Front of House Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations and help build a strong, welcoming team from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The FOH Manager works closely with ownership and has direct input into operational decisions.

• $55,000 – $60,000 base salary
• Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 25% annually

• Lead front-of-house operations and guest experience
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop FOH team members
• Manage guest concerns and conflict resolution professionally
• Optimize workflows and operational efficiency
• Utilize POS systems to support smooth operations
• Enforce alcohol service and dog-related safety policies
• Serve as on-site decision-maker during assigned shifts

• Hospitality experience required
• Leadership experience (hospitality leadership not required)
• Strong communication and conflict-management skills
• POS system knowledge
• Ability to think on the fly in a new-concept environment
• Must love dogs and be comfortable working around them daily
