• Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams
• Oversee the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices associated with projects
• Ensure adherence to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Proven ability to maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance
• Strong technical proficiency in construction management
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
