Are you ready to create real impact by integrating sustainability into the organisation?

Grundfos’ sustainability impact is real, measurable, and accelerating. In 2025, we reduced total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 1.5% compared to 2024, even as our business continued to grow, keeping us in line with our near‑term SBTi targets. Over the year, we also saved 1.6 billion m³ of water for end users, collected 83 tonnes of used products and helped provide 20.4 million people with water access.

This progress is driven by our sustainability approach focused in four priority areas - water stewardship, water access, climate transition and circularity - areas that align deeply with our purpose and where we can deliver the greatest impact.

We are searching for a visionary leader who can build on this momentum by driving disciplined execution and ensuring that sustainability is seamlessly integrated across the entire organisation. If you’re a bold, influential leader who knows how to turn ambition into concrete results and embed sustainability into how we operate and innovate, this is the role where you will make your mark.
