Supply Chain Supervisor
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday
Location: On-site across three downtown Indianapolis locations, based on business needs
Department: Supply Chain
We are seeking a highly organized, task‑focused Supply Chain Supervisor to support fast‑paced operations across multiple downtown Indianapolis facilities. This role partners closely with distribution teams and plays a key part in ensuring efficient procurement, receiving, equipment maintenance, and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform procurement, receiving, stocking, preventative maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
- Oversee assigned staff and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
- Maintain an organized work environment to support efficient workflows.
- Implement countermeasures to address process breakdowns.
- Monitor, correct, and process employee time and payroll.
- Participate in mentoring, cross‑training, and providing input for performance evaluations.
- Analyze and resolve service discrepancies, document concerns, track trends, and produce monthly reports.
- Support transportation and freight monitoring.
- Promote and ensure safe operations.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and weekend coverage as required.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5–7 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred
- 3+ years in a warehouse or distribution center setting preferred
- Valid Indiana driver’s license preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required - Ability to obtain Material Handling Safety Training certification within 30 days (depending on assignment)
- Ability to operate manual and motorized material‑handling equipment (as applicable)
- Extended periods of standing; heavy pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs overhead
- Ability to carry up to 25 lbs
