Responsibilities
- Oversee property tax cycle compliance and deliverables for assigned portfolios
- Manage client relationships, project plans, and reporting
- Conduct property valuations, appeals, and client presentations
- Lead and develop a team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Ensure timely responses to clients and assessing agencies
- Support billing, forecasting, and process improvements
- Maintain professional designations and active industry involvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Business Admin
- 5+ years of Real Estate Tax consulting experience
- Indiana Level III certification required; CMI strongly preferred
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Strong project management, communication, and deadline‑driven skills
- Familiarity with Karbon and Appeal Track is a plus
