This position will be working fully in office.
Key Responsibilities- Union & Certified Payroll: Process weekly payroll for union employees, ensuring adherence to union agreements (CBA) and reporting, including certified payroll for public works contracts.
- Benefits & Deductions: Calculate and remit union fringe benefits, dues, and deductions to appropriate union funds.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with state/federal labor laws, prevailing wage requirements, OSHA, and FLSA standards.
- Supervision: Lead, train, and mentor a payroll team; manage new hires, terminations, and employee data.
- Reporting: Prepare quarterly and year-end tax reports, including 941s, W-2s, and ACA 1095-C forms.
- Audit & Reporting: Manage payroll audits and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
