Alleato Group is a national commercial design-build firm delivering projects across multiple markets. Our Indianapolis office is established, growing, and positioned for continued regional expansion.
We are seeking a proven growth-oriented leader to scale revenue, strengthen market presence, and drive sustained profitability from our Indianapolis base.
This is not a caretaker role. This is a growth leadership role.
The OpportunityIndianapolis is your operational base — not your boundary. You will lead regional expansion while leveraging an established national platform, active clients, and proven systems.
You will own:
- Regional revenue growth
- Office-level and regional profitability
- Market strategy and client development
- Leadership buildout and operational scalability
- Drive meaningful revenue expansion across the Midwest
- Develop and close large-scale commercial opportunities
- Strengthen relationships with owners, developers, and strategic partners
- Position Alleato as a preferred design-build partner in the region
- Scale operational capacity in line with growth
- Build a leadership bench capable of supporting increased volume
- Protect quality, schedule, and client experience as revenue grows
Within 24–36 months, the Indianapolis office has expanded its regional footprint, significantly increased backlog, strengthened margins, and built a scalable leadership structure capable of supporting substantial continued growth.
Who We’re Looking For- Proven track record of winning and scaling commercial construction revenue
- Experience leading large, profitable portfolios
- Strong executive-level client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to expand market presence beyond a single metro
- Design-build experience strongly preferred
Degree preferred. Proven results matter more.
CompensationPerformance Incentives:
Significant performance-based bonus tied directly to revenue growth and profitability
Total Compensation Potential: $350,000 – $600,000+ based on performance
Long-Term Incentive:
Equity participation opportunity for proven impact
