The FFE Manager will lead a team of FFE Project Mangers responsible for facilitating FFE projects across Indianapolis based pharmaceutical campuses. This job is part of the Program Management function and will report to the Associate Director of Project Management. The FFE Manager is accountable for processes optimization, project delivery, and reporting metrics that enable scalable and repeatable project delivery while ensuring compliance with client requirements, CBRE/T&T standards, and industry best practices.

Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5-10 FFE Project Managers, providing subject matter expertise and hands on technical guidance across multiple project scopes.

Record and manage metrics related to project and PM performance.

Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement, balancing technical rigor with practical problem solving and team development.

Build and maintain strong external relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.

Identify opportunities to enhance our FFE offerings, improve project delivery approaches, through technical insight and proven execution strategies.

Oversee workload planning for FFE project managers to ensure PMs can deliver projects at the highest possible level.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complex customer standards relating to FFE projects and adjacent projects.

Act as a technical and leadership resource to FFE project managers during problem-solving, risk mitigation, and decision-making.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of interior design relating to Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment.
• Excellent time management skills focusing on meeting prioritization and direct report support.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
