Title
- Accounting Manager (Permanent)
- $80,000–$100,000 USD (generous PTO; benefits package)

- Oversee critical audit and Medicaid/Medicare cost reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions
- Implement strong internal controls and advance reconciliation processes, managing complexity and scaling operations
- Partner closely with executive and department leaders to enable business planning and provide actionable insights
- Proven experience leading/managing month-end close and reporting in a multi-entity or complex environment
- Demonstrated ability to optimize manual processes and direct/coach team members; adaptable hands-on approach
- Solid understanding of internal controls, audits, cost reporting (healthcare or long-term care sector a plus)
