Owns the overall management of the culinary department to provide nourishing, attractive, well-balanced meals meeting resident needs and regulatory standards;
Supervises culinary servers and cooks, including scheduling hours and ensuring new-employee orientation;
Hires, trains, promotes, disciplines, and/or terminates within company guidelines;
Communicates with residents to ensure customer satisfaction;
Visits new residents to orient them to culinary services and reviews the resident handbook
