Role

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of integrated operational plans for Medical Affairs priorities.

• Translate key activities and timelines into operational plans.

• Drive development and maintenance of integrated project budgets that align team, functional, and third‑party resources.

• Develop change management and team communication plans.

• Promote alignment of critical activities and manage changes to scope, quality, cost, and timing.

• Provide operational support for annual business planning.

• Identify and implement solutions for continual process improvement in planning, information flows, and execution of Medical Affairs deliverables.

Qualifications

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field and 3 years of portfolio or project management experience in industry or professional services. The candidate must have:

  • 3 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams (including capacity planning) across multiple geographies for high‑volume initiatives.
  • 3 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, scope, and risk management.
  • 3 years of experience in complex stakeholder management and cross‑functional cooperation in large‑scale matrix organizations.
  • 3 years of experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools to maintain project documentation.
  • 2 years of financial experience in audit, budgeting or financial analysis.
  • 1 year of experience leading business planning, operational planning, or similar major organizational processes in a cross‑functional environment across multiple geographies.
  • 2 years of academic or employment experience with PMBOK, PRINCE, Stage/Phase‑Gate, or Agile structured project management methodology.
Up to 25% domestic and international travel may be required. Application Process

Compensation and Benefits

Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated annual wage for this position is $.
