RoleResponsibilities
• Lead the creation of integrated operational plans for Medical Affairs priorities.
• Translate key activities and timelines into operational plans.
• Drive development and maintenance of integrated project budgets that align team, functional, and third‑party resources.
• Develop change management and team communication plans.
• Promote alignment of critical activities and manage changes to scope, quality, cost, and timing.
• Provide operational support for annual business planning.
• Identify and implement solutions for continual process improvement in planning, information flows, and execution of Medical Affairs deliverables.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field and 3 years of portfolio or project management experience in industry or professional services. The candidate must have:
- 3 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams (including capacity planning) across multiple geographies for high‑volume initiatives.
- 3 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, scope, and risk management.
- 3 years of experience in complex stakeholder management and cross‑functional cooperation in large‑scale matrix organizations.
- 3 years of experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools to maintain project documentation.
- 2 years of financial experience in audit, budgeting or financial analysis.
- 1 year of experience leading business planning, operational planning, or similar major organizational processes in a cross‑functional environment across multiple geographies.
- 2 years of academic or employment experience with PMBOK, PRINCE, Stage/Phase‑Gate, or Agile structured project management methodology.
