Our client is a growing building products company that has hired our firm to help them find a Truss Design Manager based in Northern Indiana. The ideal candidate would have experience working on both commercial and residential projects, as well as working knowledge of MiTek software. What You'll Do
- Oversee the design department as a player/coach
- Manage a small team of designers
- Design important projects
- 3+ years of design management experience OR
- 15+ years of design experience
- Experience using MiTek software
