ResponsibilitiesThe Division CFO participates as a member of the Division s Leadership Team and executes on Nucor s mission to Grow the Core, Expand Beyond, and Live our Culture. Core duties include leading the division s accounting and financial reporting, human resources, information technology, purchasing, and credit-related activities. The role owns the division s overall financial strategy, including forecasting, working capital management, capital allocation, governance, internal controls, and compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and risk-management standards.
The role collaborates with NIPG management teams to align market understanding, customer insight, and product vision into strategies that drive value for the division and broader product group. The role also requires actively leading, mentoring, and developing a highly-functioning, cohesive team and promoting cross-departmental teamwork, alignment, and collaboration. Safety is a core requirement; candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in accounting, business or finance
- At least two years of work experience in a financial-related leadership position
- Willing and able to travel with short notice
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport
- CPA and/or MBA Credentials
- Financial experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with human resources or purchasing
