Chief Operating Officer (COO) Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership & Management
    • Oversee daily activities across Operations, HR, IT, and core business functions.
    • Design, implement and monitor standardized procedures to maximize efficiency.
    • Identify, evaluate and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and business continuity.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
    • Establish, track and analyze KPIs, reporting insights and recommending corrective actions.
    • Lead initiatives to support sustainable growth and scalability.
  • Financial & Resource Stewardship
    • Collaborate with CFO on operating budget, controlling expenses and improving cost efficiency.
    • Allocate internal resources effectively to support strategic projects.
  • Talent & Culture Development
    • Mentor senior leadership and foster a culture of accountability and professional development.
    • Champion the company’s core values to drive engagement and retention.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership in operations.
  • Proven track record in scaling operations, optimizing processes and managing cross‑departmental functions.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and talent development skills.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Executive Leadership, Strategic Management) are highly beneficial.
