Job Description:

Supporting a cluster of financial centers in designated markets in the absence of the assigned financial center manager. Acts as a market‑level resource and business owner, fostering team culture, client‑centricity, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Operational backup for the financial center leader within the market.
  • Manage client traffic, engagement, routing, and retention.
  • Lead business results through formal management routines and coaching.
  • Create a world‑class client experience environment.
  • Drive market‑level initiatives prescribed by market leaders.
  • Ensure all aspects of the financial center run effectively and cohesively.
Managerial Responsibilities
  • Opportunity & Inclusion Champion: build an inclusive team that treats members fairly.
  • Manager of Process & Data: apply process knowledge, data‑driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
  • Enterprise Advocate & Communicator: deliver clear, motivating messages linking contributions to business results.

  • People Manager & Coach: coach and develop team members through feedback.
  • Financial Steward: manage expenses with an owner’s mindset.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of leadership experience (e.g., coaching, training, motivating a work team).
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate beyond reporting authority.
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to resolve problems independently or escalation as needed.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
  • Demonstrated record of balancing risk while achieving business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging others in dialogue and building relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills: manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and delegate.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written, presentation) and active listening.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Must work weekends, extended hours, and travel to any financial center in the defined market.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail, or hospitality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
  • Skills in coaching, customer service management, client focus, performance management, talent development, business operations, recruiting, result orientation, risk management, sales performance, inclusive leadership, leadership development, prioritization, problem solving, referral management.
