Controller
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee monthly close, financial statements, and reporting accuracy

• Lead monthly WIP process and partner with project teams

• Manage and mentor a team of 5 across accounting and billing functions

• Oversee annual audit and ensure GAAP compliance

• Direct day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, job costing, etc.)

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of accounting experience

• Construction accounting experience, including WIP

• Vista software experience preferred
