Corporate Controller Salary: $87,000 - $115,000

Position Summary: Take the lead in shaping financial strategy and driving operational excellence as a Corporate Controller. This high‑impact role owns the accounting function, influences leadership decisions, and brings structure, insight, and scalability to a growing organization.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decisions
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7 to 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proven ability to manage processes, people, and deadlines in a dynamic environment
