We are seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to join our executive team and help define what comes next.
Type & LocationOnsite position (not remote or hybrid) that can be located in our Indianapolis IN or Franklin TN offices.
The RoleThe Vice President of Sales and Marketing will lead sales and marketing (including application engineering and technical service) with responsibility for both protecting our core business and driving expansion into new markets and applications. This executive will inherit and lead a highly skilled and engaged sales and marketing team that is aligned around Hydro‑Gear’s long‑term growth objectives, while continuing to develop talent, strengthen performance, and drive business results.

Requirements- Executive leadership experience in sales, marketing, or general management - 15+ years of relevant B2B experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or related sectors – including 8+ years in senior leadership roles
- Deep understanding of manufacturing business models, product commercialization, distribution channels, OEM customer relationships, and industrial market dynamics.
- Track record of growing core business while expanding into new markets
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to drive execution
- Experience leading across regions and engaging global customers
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at the Board level
