We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for our service operations. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing parts inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient use of parts within the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of parts management and logistics.

• Maintainaccurateinventoryrecordsforallparts,ensuringappropriatestocklevelstosupportoperationalneedswhileminimizingexcessinventory.
• Orderpartsfromsuppliers,monitorleadtimes,andensuretimelydeliverytoavoidoperationaldelays.
• Establishandmaintainrelationshipswithsuppliers,includingnegotiatingpricing,terms,andleadtimes toensurethebestvalueforthecompany.
• Superviseandtrainateamofpartsandwarehousepersonnel,ensuringeffectiveandefficientworkflow.
• Leadandconductphysicalinventorycounts,audits,andAnnual Physical Inventory
• Create,maintain, and enforce inventory control processes and ensure all procedures are consistently followed.
• Ensurethatpartsareproperlystored,labeled,andorganizedforquickaccessandaccurateretrieval.
• Managetheissuanceanddistributionofpartstointernaldepartments,ensuringaccuracyandproperdocumentationofpartsused.
• Oversee receiving,inspection,verification,andproperstorageofallincomingparts.
• Maintaindetailedrecordsofallpartstransactionsandpreparereportsonstocklevels,usage,andinventoryturnover.
• Ensurethatpartsareingoodworkingconditionandpromptlyreportanydiscrepancies,shortages,ordamage.
• Ensurethatallinventoryprocedurescomply withcompanypolicies,industry regulations,andsafetystandards.
• Ensure quotes are completed within
  48 hourstomeetcustomer needsand expectations.
• Maintaineffectiveinventory control processes for both internal and external customers.
• Monitor and control parts marginforinternal and external customers.
• Performotherdutiesasassigned.

• Highschooldiploma orequivalentrequired.
  
  Associate’sdegreeinbusiness,logistics, orrelatedfieldpreferred.
• Minimumof1yearsofexperienceinpartsmanagementorrelatedrole,preferably in theheavy-dutytrailersector.
• Strongorganizationalandtime-management skills.
• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Proficiencywithinventorymanagementsoftwareand Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadershipandteammanagementexperience.
• Abilitytonegotiatewithsuppliersandmanagevendorrelationships.
• Strongattentiontodetailandproblem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
