In your role as team leader for our Damazan logistics platform, you will plan and supervise the reception/preparation activity.

To do this, you will work on the following missions:

• Planning the activity in collaboration with the operations manager and other sector leaders;
• Leading and coordinating the progress of order preparation in interaction with teams, the operations manager, and the site director, respecting delivery deadlines;
• Ensuring the training of employees and their safety;
• Supervising the follow-up of Time and Activity Management (TAM) and various schedules.

About You

You are a proven logistics professional, capable of combining leadership, organization, and operational sense.

You are a graduate in logistics, transport, management, or equivalent (Bac+2 to Bac+3 preferred).

Moreover, you have experience managing teams in an operational logistics warehouse environment.

Finally, you are proficient in computer tools and warehouse management software (office pack, WMS).
