- Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring a highly engaged team that provides a great experience for residents.
- Process community staff payroll.
- Ensure collection of all monies due to the community (i.e., rent) and deposit them.
- Process community invoices for payment.
- Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community.
- Maintain acceptable occupancy levels (minimum 98%).
- Maintain positive relationships with the community owner(s) and its residents.
- Review rental applications for approval.
- Complete move‑out paperwork according to governing regulations.
- Perform unit move‑out, annual, and housekeeping inspections promptly.
- Audit all resident files and ensure they are complete and correct prior to forwarding to supervisor for review/approval.
- Complete reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the company on time.
- Maintain the community to company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience:
1+ year as a residential property manager with HUD/Section 8 experience a big plus, or 3+ years in a general manager or similar role with people leadership and process management experience. - Education:
High school diploma; associate’s degree a big plus. Certifications such as COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM are a plus – we provide training. - Dependability:
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. - Resident focus: A commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.

Deadline‑driven with keen eye for detail, compliance and quality. - Technically savvy:
Great computer skills, fluent with Microsoft Office, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
