Regional SNF Dialysis Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) at DaVita, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations within a designated market or geographical region, driving operational results, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and fostering positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead and direct teams to achieve operational excellence.

Implement programs and initiatives to improve patient care and operational performance.

• Associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of management experience leading teams; managed care and multi‑site experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing staffing, budgets/PnL, and direct people management of frontline teammates.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
