Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Motivate
  :
  Lead the hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of your team, ensuring everyone works cohesively toward success.
• Ensure Compliance
  :
  Uphold local, state, and company regulations and policies, maintaining high standards at all times.
• Optimize Inventory
  :
  Oversee ordering, inventory counts, and control waste and shortages.
• Maintain the Station
  :
  Keep the facility clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for customers.
• Financial Accountability
  :
  Monitor financial performance, reconcile daily proceeds, and report results.
• Build Customer Relationships
  :
  Deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve any conflicts or concerns.
• Hands-On Service
  :
  Be prepared to assist in pumping gas when needed and lead by example.
