As a VP, Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. The position requires inspiring and leading a dynamic team of project managers while ensuring smooth project execution.

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals.
• Develop and implement project management strategies and innovative methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Champion a culture of collaboration by engaging with cross‑functional teams locally and globally.
• Promote inclusivity and belonging, supporting wellbeing and a diverse workforce.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships.
• Lead sales and cross‑selling meetings, develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business and execute projects across the PDS platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
• 10+ years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate industry.
• Strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Proven experience in leading and managing high‑performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, focused on delivering innovative solutions.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, Six Sigma.
• Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of industry‑leading project management software and technologies.
• Proven experience in business development and securing new project opportunities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
