Senior IS Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-impact projects across a nationally recognized healthcare system, driving transformational initiatives that improve patient care, operational excellence, and organizational performance. You will serve as the central point of accountability for strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while building strong stakeholder engagement and driving measurable results.

Lead high-impact projects that support patient care, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Drive project planning, execution, communication, and delivery from start to finish. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align priorities and achieve strategic objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or the equivalent in other experience and/or certification
• PMI or similar certification, Scrum Master Certification; degree in project management, or business with a concentration in project management may be accepted in lieu of certification, management experience will also meet the requirement
• Proficiency with stakeholder management, service improvement, and requirements engineering/analysis best practices
• Experience using common project and portfolio management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Primavera, Service Now, etc.
• Familiarity with service management processes relevant to project management:
  Release Management, Change Management, Transition Planning and Support, Continual Service Improvement, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects
• Experience managing software deployment/upgrade projects (define, design, develop, deploy and support)
