Full Time - Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
- Job Category:

- Manage center budget, including income targets and expense control, in collaboration with the Executive Director.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Program Directors and center staff.
- Set and communicate a clear vision aligned with YMCA mission and goals.
- Evaluate existing programs and lead development of new initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
- Provide leadership for youth, teen, outreach, and member engagement/retention initiatives.
- Guide program development, policies, and committees to align with center and association goals.
- Support strategic planning, marketing, public relations, and promotional efforts.
- Lead annual campaign efforts and build community engagement through events and partnerships.
Oversee facility operations, scheduling, equipment, and financial assistance processes. - Ensure staff development, reporting/ administration, and integration of YMCA core values across all operations.
- Perform other duties/assignments as needed at the YMCA.

- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain quality programs.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Must possess knowledge in fiscal management, program planning, member services and sales, personnel management, training and evaluation, public relations, and fundraising.
- Completion of all position-specific and required YMCA training within established deadlines.
