Project Manager - Water Business

• Lead and manage successful delivery of water related infrastructure projects in the multi-million-dollar range.
• Serve as part of the Water / Wastewater business leadership team, overseeing project performance, budgets, invoicing, and payments.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and implement project performance goals, conduct project performance reviews, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with internal project teams, engineering managers, and owner project representatives.
• Mentor and develop staff, provide training and promotion recommendations, and identify new talent.

• Minimum:
  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical discipline.
• Maximum: 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership in the Indianapolis market.
• Professional Engineering License;
  Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial metrics, contract negotiation, and payment terms.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle records search.
