We are seeking a Shift Lead/Project Manager to oversee project execution during the swing shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring project timelines are met. This role serves as a key point of escalation and is integral to maintaining the workflow and capacity of the project.
Key Responsibilities- Manage team members, ensuring punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, with a target of 6-8 hosts completed per person per shift.
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for full-time managers, communicating any personnel absences or issues that may impact workflow.
- Report metrics to confirm project phase timelines are achievable.
- Maintain the operational workflow and ensure project capacity is flowing efficiently.
- Oversee all contract personnel to prevent project delays and bottlenecks.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a lead or project management role, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and track performance metrics.
- 2-4 years of management or lead experience.
- Experience managing a large team.
The estimated pay rate for this position is between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour.
