AWS/CES is looking for a Housekeeping Manager
Roanoke, IN
Temp-to-Hire
$32.69 per hour
1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekend availability required as needed
Our client is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all janitorial operations at a large manufacturing facility in Roanoke, IN
. This leadership role is responsible for managing supervisors and housekeeping staff while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

- Supervise and lead housekeeping supervisors and janitorial staff.
- Plan, coordinate, and track housekeeping projects from start to completion.
- Communicate project timelines, progress, and completion status to customers and site leadership.
- Ensure Help Desk requests are completed within established KPI response times.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all service requests.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
- Direct daily operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping goals.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics through the BPD process.
- Ensure SMART goals and corrective action plans are implemented and maintained.
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all incidents are reported accurately and on time.
- Consistently enforce company policies, attendance expectations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, leadership, and employees.
- Previous leadership or management experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facility services.
- Experience supervising teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
