Location: Indianapolis
Ramp Ramp is seeking an experienced AML/CTF leader to serve as MLRO, with authority over program design, execution, and effectiveness. You will act as the primary regulator liaison with Finansinspektionen, manage supervisory reporting, and approve high-risk onboarding and sanctions decisions.
You will also drive cross-border AML initiatives with US/UK teams, develop annual training for executives and operations, and oversee policy maintenance and NPAP reviews for new products.
