Job Summary:
Daily running of the Surgery Department. Oversight of staff. Scheduling of Surgeries.
Job Duties /Responsibilities:
• OR schedule
• Call Schedule
• Staff as needed
• Quality• Meeting attendance
• Meeting agenda and minutes for Department of Surgery
• Yearly Budget
• Capital Purchases
• Staff Oversight
• Meeting with sales reps
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates
Education
Experience:
Bachelor's Level Degree License/Certificate
