Job SummaryDaily running of the Surgery Department. Oversight of staff. Scheduling of Surgeries.
Job Duties /Responsibilities- OR schedule
- Call Schedule
- Staff as needed
- Quality
- Meeting attendance
- Meeting agenda and minutes for Department of Surgery
- Yearly Budget
- Capital Purchases
- Staff Oversight
- Meeting with sales reps
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates
